Having an MBA and a Culinary Arts degree, and having worked in the food industry for years, working his way up from server to General Manager, Michael knows the restaurant business inside and out.

Michael is equally as passionate about providing great dining experience for the guests in the dining room, as he is about creating wonderful and tantalizing new dishes in the kitchen. His interest in the kitchen ranges from international cuisines to fine pastry and baked goods.

His wealth of experience and talent has allowed Michael to create a refined and creative style of his own. Michael is excited to be here and to bring his true passion to the Sunny Side Of The Street.

After having worked in the Information Technology field for 19 years, Tony Kusuma finally decided that he enjoys serving Java as much as he does writing code in Java. Finally in 2003 he made a leap of faith, left the rat race, and bought and run his own bed and breakfast in Maine.

During his 9-year stint as the owner, manager, and chef of the bed and breakfast, Tony came up with and refined many of the breakfast and lunch dishes that we serve at Sunny Side. And having traveled to many parts of the world, his cooking is infused by flavors of his favorite dishes from Italy, China, Southeast Asia, and other countries.

He looks forward to accompanying you through your new culinary adventures and discoveries here at the Sunny Side Of The Street.
